Combat Impact Outdoors Application Statement Of Understanding

Each application will be reviewed by an experienced member of our team. You may be asked further questions to help clarify your application or to give us better information to meet your needs. Please understand that we are a volunteer organization but will do our best to review your application in a timely manner. After reviewing your application, we will determine if you are eligible for a Combat Impact Outdoors cost free Hunting/Fishing adventure. Number of Veterans selected to each event will be determined upon funding. All eligible applications will then be placed in a random drawing. Applications will be drawn based on the number of veterans allocated for a particular trip. Applicants must be combat veterans or active-duty military members who have served in combat. You must provide a copy of your DD-214 unless you are still on Active Duty. Please black out any information not pertinent (i.e. Social Security Number, Pay Allowances, etc.). Any veteran not selected for a particular event is encouraged to apply for future events.
